Why did Deepika Padukone's bodyguards accompany her to the ladies washroom?

These days along with Bollywood celebs, their bodyguards have also made it a habit to hog headlines. After it was alleged that Ranbir Kapoor's bodyguards manhandled photographers on the sets of Bombay Velevet, now her ex girlfriend's bodyguards have crossed the line of decency.

According to report, Deepika Padukone who was attending a public event was followed by her bodyguards into the ladies washroom. Those who were present in the washroom were shocked by the sudden intrusion of men in ladies room.

The report further states that Deepika, thanks to her superstardom was crowded by her fans who wanted to express their greetings to her. So, in order to have some privacy she asked her bodyguards to follow her. But this move led to some uncomfortable moments for others.

A popular food blogger was about to leave the washroom when Deepika and her guards entered the restroom. They closed the door which resulted in her being struck inside for some uncomfortable moments.

It seems that bodyguards in their devotion to do their job didn't see the line of decency they were crossing, however, Deepika who is one of the most responsible celebs should have known better.
