Why did Ranveer Singh lock himself for three days in a hotel room?

Yes, you read it right. The 'Ram' of Ramleela had actually locked himself in a hotel room for THREE days. You ask why? Because his life saviour from 'Band Baaja Baraat' dumped him! And, before you run your imagination wild, let me tell you, he was 'all alone' in those three days!

We get to hear this from specials of the Bollywood that this vivacious B-town guy had locked himself in a hotel room away from town after he parted ways with Anushka Sharma. The Romeo was said to be head over heels in love with his Juliet, but when their year long relationship ended, it devastated Ranveer.

Although Ranveer Singh comes out as cool and carefree dude, he is sincere when he is committed. “He moped around for weeks. He might behave like he is mad, but when he is committed, he really gives it all to the relationships. But, these days it seems the actresses – at least the ones he dates – doesn’t seem to know the meaning of the word 'forever'”, said a source while talking to a popular daily.

Hey, did you notice? The source tried to hint on something. We hope, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer's alleged current is not following his ex's footprints.

Though he is tight-lipped about his relationship with Deepika, we know Ranveer is completely devoted to her. We hope he doesn't have to lock himself in a hotel room again. And, if he does, warn you Mr. Ranveer, make sure you are actually alone; 'coz we are going to find out!

Ali Abbas Zafar made an impressive directorial debut with “Mere Brother Ki Dulhan” in 2011. And in “Gunday” he looks poised to deliver another superhit movie. The story of 1970's two Calcutta bandits looks impressive and interesting atleast in movie trailers. And how they fare out on the silverscreen lets find out in this movie review.
As Irrfan Khan has already introduced in the movie trailer, Gunday is the story of Calcutta's two famous bandits Bikram (Ranveer Singh) and Bala (Arjun Kapoor). The movie shows their rise to power by selling the illegally looted coal, their friendship and their love for Nandita (Priyanka Chopra). The movie also portrays the absorbing tale of two bandits who are pursued by intelligent and ruthless cop (Irrfan Khan). So, how these two gangsters fights law and curse of power is the story of the movie “Gunday”.
The performance of the entire star cast is nothing short of excellence. Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor who underwent serious physical training for their respective roles, look perfect in the role of bandits. Especially, Ranveer who is till basking in praise for performance in his last movie “RamLeela” is phenomenal. Priyanka Chopra in the role of cabaret dancer looks stunning and effortlessly conveys sensuality.
Irrfan Khan in his role of cop is also superb. The direction of the movie is great and cinematographer Aseem Mishra deserves special praise for creating picturesque Calcutta of 1970's.
In the nutshell, Gunday is a great movie which should be watched at least once. The music of the movie adds delight to the experience.

Ranveer Singh-Deepika Padukone to replace Kareena-Hrithik Roshan in Shuddhi?

Even before entering the production stage, Karan Johar's “Shuddhi” has a created a lot of drama over the casting. Every now and then a news leaks out alleging that the lead actors have been replaced.

So keeping with this casting merry-go-around the latest reports have revealed that Kareena Kapoor has been removed from the lead actress role due to her recent miserable run at the box office. Kareena's 'Satyagraha' and 'Gori tere pyaar mein' nose dived at the box office.

And as her replacement Karan Johar has lined up the present golden girl of the Bollywood Deepika Padukone. After witnessing her great performance in “RamLeela”, Karan is highly impressed with Deepika's acting.

Ranveer and Deepika married now

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone after playing the role of lovers in “Ram Leela” are all set to portray the role of married couple in Homi Adajania's English/Konkani film, “Finding Fanny Fernandes”. The film also has Arjun Kapoor in significant role.

A source revealed, "Ranveer has shot with Arjun, but most of his scenes are with Deepika. Their crackling chemistry has to be seen to be believed. He was in Goa for just three days and the trio spent a lot of time shopping and sightseeing."

It was Homi's idea to chose Ranveer as Deepika's husband. The whole cast of the movie was very excited to know that the duo has been selected to play the role of husband and wife. Dinesh Vijan is the producer of the venture.

It was reported that Deepika and Ranveer celebrated New Year together in New York. The rumors of their relationship have been circulating since the duo began shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's “Ram Leela”.
