Ek Hazarachi Note Marathi Movie review

Ek Hazarachi Note, a significant drama movie is produced and directed by eminent director Shrihari Sathe under the banner of “Infinitum Productions”. Marathi flick portraying the drama amongst the common folk features veteran actor Usha Naik with Sandeep Pathak, Shrikant Yadav, Ganesh Yadav, Pooja Nayak and Devendra Gaikwad in the film.

The 135 minute long film's script and five songs are written by Shrikant Bojewar, and sound designer is Thorsten Minning. Let's read the story and review of Sathe’s directorial debut 'Ek Hazarachi Note'.

Story of film highlights the fact, how poor folk, especially in rural areas face life as it comes and enjoy all the small things in life. They have almost no control over what happens with them. Even when money comes, it also brings the problems with itself.

The same is happened with an old lady enacted by Usha living in a small village who faces unusual situations in her life due to 1000 rupee note (Ek Hazarachi Note) that she gets from a politician during elections. Unfortunately, she is also not in a position to oppose when wrong is done with her.

According to the movie review, the script of film is very appealing and applaudable, as, it very well unveiled the situation prevailing in the rural areas with poor people. Every scene in the movie is very well narrated and represented on the screen. Complete cast also portrayed the allotted roles nicely and simplicity that they enacted through their roles is remarkable.

Music scored very good reviews, which is directed by national award winner Shailendra Barve. Ek Hazarachi Note has drama, emotions and humour that impressed the audience. But, somewhere down the line after the first half, the flick appears a bit monotonous.

Engageable script and emotions manage to hook the interest of audience until the last frame. The climax of the Marathi movie is adorable and gained good comments. Overall, Ek Hazarachi Note is a family drama movie and worth to watch.

Yo Yo Honey singh in trouble once again

Rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh who is one of the most sought after singers in Bollywood, has handed in fresh trouble as a complaint has been filed against lyrics of his new song.

The theme song of upcoming movie 'Fugly' which has become a rage for it's unique music and lyrics has apparently offended LGBT community. According to the community, the song which is picturised on Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar, has some offensive lyrics about the community.

The offensive lyrics of the song on which the community has expressed displeasure are, “Yeh Fugly Fugly kya hai yeh Fugly Fugly… Baap Ke Paison Pe Koodna, Sadak Ke Kone Pe Mootna, 377 Hatna Ya Jessica Lal Ki Ghatna, Launde Ke Munh Se Ouch…”

The community is angered by the mention of section 377 along with peeing on street corner, wasting father's money and other degrading things.

However, the director of the movie has defended the song, he says “We stand for the freedom of choices and no Article can take that away. That’s exactly what the song states. The lyric writer is supporting the movement to remove Article 377. The right to choose our partner is a fundamental right. The LGPT community is misinterpreting the lyricist’s intention. We stand for freedom on every level.”

Honey Singh has also defended the song. “My music and songs stand for every individual’s freedom to choose the life he or she wants. That’s what I always say in my songs,” he said.
