Total
three FIRs have been filed against Hema
Malini, BJP's candidate from the Mathura Loksabha Constituency
for violating model code of conduct.
After
the previous FIR against using more vehicles in the procession and
hiding actual expenditure during election, the actress has now been
accused of again violating the model code of conduct by addressing
people at a temple in Bera village.
"Not
only flag and banner of the party was put on the building of Alkeswar
Temple of Bera village falling under Mat Tahsil, but Hema Malini
addressed a meeting on loudspeaker using temple premises as platform
on April 7," Model Code of Conduct In-charge ADM Dhirendra
Sachan said.
The
third FIR
against Hema Malini accuses her of holding an election meeting in
school premises of Shriji Baba Saraswati Vidya Mandir, Mathura during
school hours and including school students as her audience.
According
to ADM Sachan, Malini did take permission for the election meeting,
but neither mentioned the venue nor said that students would also be
a part of the audience.
“As
per orders of the election commission, an election meeting inside a
school during school hours would be deemed as violation of model code
of conduct”, he said.
Notices
have been issued against three other candidates from the constituency
for violating model code of conduct.
