Heart Attack is a musical love story. Mumbai based model turned actress Kesha Khambhati is making her debut in the movie. With a budget of around 30 crores, most parts of the movie is shot in Spain. Ali is playing an important role in the movie. The movie is a youthful romantic flick. Anoop Rubens has composed the soundtrack and cinematography is done by Amol Rathod for the movie. Art direction is don by Brahma Kadali, and S. R. Sekhar has edited the movie.
