Telecast of Salman Madhuri Saifai event banned by UP CM Akhilesh Yadav

The Etawah district administration has barred the entry of media persons and camera crews into the Saifai Mahotsav. The administration has also banned the telecast of the even in which Salman Khan and Madhuri Dixit were going to perform.

The officials have asserted that they have taken such measures to honor contractual obligation which states that the performance of the show shouldn't be telecasted on TV channels. The officials have installed jammers at the venue.

Bollywood superstars Salman Khan, Soha Ali Khan, Alia Bhatt and Madhuri Dixit have been roped in to perform at the carnival, which is organized at the native village of Samajwadi party supremo Mulayam Singh.

The stars arrived for the event in a special chartered plane. UP Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav gave Salman Khan a guided tour of the venue where the event was going to be held.
