Adventurous love story based Lekar Hum Deewana Dil, is a directorial venture of debutant director Arif Ali and jointly produced by Saif Ali Khan, Dinesh Vijan and Sunil Lulla under the banner of Eros International and Illuminati Films.
The mesmerising music for the movie is scored by A. R. Rahman while story is penned by Arif Ali. The romantic Bollywood movie stars Armaan Jain and Deeksha Seth in lead roles. Let's begin the movie review of buddies Dinoo and Karishma elope.
The story of 'Lekar Hum Deewana Dil' movie is about Dino (Armaan) and Karishma (Deeksha) who are both young, best friends, restless and want to live the life on their own terms. Sudden twist in their exciting lives come, when Karishma’s family pressurizes her to get married to a guy of their choice.
Later, Dino feels that both of them are made for each other and they decided to elope. The rulers of their destiny learn the reality of life after being married in Goa. Afterwards, what happen whether they faced the problems together or get estranged is the watch of the movie.
Armaan and Deeksha in portraying the role of funny, cute and freedom lovers are good in parts and justifies their role. Arif Ali did a decent job in narrating simple story onscreen, but could have done better. Romance, suspense, drama and music is very well laced and represented.
Storyline is much clear, but in the mid, it appears there was something amiss. Brilliant and catchy tracks tried to overshadow some flaws. Supporting characters played the pivotal roles in Lekar Hum Deewana Dil. Movie with somewhat different outline goes well with young cine-goers.
