Drushyam, Telugu flick is the remake of blockbuster 'Drishyam' Malayalama movie starring Mohanlal that has created a huge buzz in the Sandalwood. Now, the remade project is helmed by actress turn director Sripriya and jointly produced by Suresh Productions and Rajkumar Theatres Pvt Ltd and Wide Angle Creations.

The Telugu movie features Victory Venkatesh and Meena in the lead roles while Nadhiya and Kalabhavan Shajon played other pivotal roles. The Music is composed by Sharreth while S. Gopal Reddy and Marthand handled the Cinematography and editing is done by K. Venkatesh. Let's take a look at the movie review and story.

The story of Drushyam movie turns around the life of Georgekutty (Venkatesh) who is an orphan by birth and left the studies quite earlier, but his hard work pays off and he became a rich man. Later, he married to a girl Rani (Meena) from a poor family, then after sometime both of them blessed with two daughters Anju and Anu. Suddenly, a twist comes in their happy life that lands the family in trouble. How Venkatesh manages to keep his family safe from crisis is the core of the movie.

Drushyam has given a new turn to the Telugu filmdom with its simple and appealing plot. The remade version is not a frame-to-frame copy of original one and some uniqueness is added to it by Sripriya. Engaging story and applaudable narration manages to hook the interest of audience till the last frame. There is no such dull moment present in the entire flick.

Venkatesh portrays the role of middle class aged man very nicely and with this role, he added new dimension to his acting excellence. Yesteryear actress Meena looks convincing in the role of Georgekutty wife. Supporting characters also done a decent job and seamlessly slips into their respective role. The music is good and soothes the filmgoers. All in all, movie is worth watching and received a geat accolades from the audience.
