Siddharth looks sincere and intense in his role, while Simha packs aggression and menace in his role with expertise. Lakshmi is also good in her role of a simple and innocent girl. Kick Movie review: Salman Khan's 'Kick' hits over 5,000 screens worldwide

Salman Khan's Kick is set to roll into town with a bang. The action thriller will be released on Friday across 5000 screens in India along with 42 other countries including non-traditional markets like France, Germany, Morocco and Maldives.

"Yes, Kick is one of the films which will get the widest release. In India, the film has got around 4,400 screens and close to 700 screens abroad, which is outstanding," distributor Rajesh Thadani of Multimedia Combines said.

The producers are eager to capitalize on the holiday festivities of Eid. "This time Salman Khan is back on Eid with Sajid Nadiadwala's 'Kick' and we are hoping to recreate the magic and success of his earlier movies during this period," said Amrita Pandey, VP and Head, Marketing & Distribution, Studios, Disney India.

"It will release in over 42 countries, which includes non-traditional markets like France, Germany, Morocco and Maldives.”

"We are also exploring delayed releases in Egypt, Taiwan and China. Eid is a family occasion and we want to give people a reason to celebrate it with 'Kick movie'," he added.

The experts are expecting Kick to garner a positive response as Salman's past two Eid releases "Wanted" and "Ek Tha Tiger" had turned out to be big hits.

Plot
The story of Hate Story 2 movie turns around a female protagonist Surveen Chawla who falls in love of Jay. The story becomes murky when profile leader (Sushant Singh) who also loves Surveen kill Jay. After assaulting Jay, he leaves Surveen alone that sets a backfire in this wounded lover. Out of angst over her lover's death, she killed all those goons mercilessly who were involved in the murder of Jay. How Surveen take the revenge of Jay's death is the base of the story.

Performance
Surveen Chawla appeared in the bold and sexy avatar firstly on the silver screen and very nicely portrayed the role of a wounded lover. Jay Bhanushali, though gets less screen presence, but played the pivotal role of innocent lover. The sizzling chemistry of Surveen and Jay onscreen is outstanding. Sushant Singh is stage stealer and looks brilliant as an arrogant politician. Also, one item number, where Sexy Sunny Leone appeared is the highlight of the movie.

Positive points
The epic revenge saga is apt and appealing. Thriller movie has suspense and full of dreadful assassinations done by Surveen. The exotic romance of love birds steal the show. There are some bold scenes and too much exposure by Surveen that goes well with those filmgoers who won't look out for logics. The music is good and brilliantly composed by the singers. The performance of lead cast is impressive and movie is good in parts. The flick also focuses over the dirty politics that is prevalent all over. The movie has thrill, suspense, romance, action and drama that engages the audience until last frame.

Negative points
Vishal Pandya did decent job in weaving the characters around the plot, but his narration has some flaws. Screenplay of many scenes unable to connect the audience with the scene and gives an empty feeling. Also, frank portrayal of sex, use of explicit language and more exposure limits the movie to front row viewers only.

Verdict
Revenge drama thickened with bold content and sense of affection is one of the epic saga of Hindi cinema. The movie goes well with the young viewers and worth watching.
