Autonagar Surya Telugu movie review

Autonagar Surya which has been delayed couple of times now due to financial obstacles, is an action thriller movie directed by Indian American director Deva Katta. The venture is produced by K. Atchi Reddy under the Max India Productions banner. The music of the movie is composed by Anoop Rubens.

The movie features Naga Chaitanya and Samantha in the lead while starring Rakul Preet Singh, Sai Kumar are cast in pivotal roles. Srikanth Naroj who is known for his work in the hit 2011 movie Hostel has handled the Cinematography, while Gautham Raju is tasked with the editing. Now, let's begin Autonagar Surya movie review.

Autonagar Surya movie revolves around the life of Surya (Naga Chaitanya), a skilled mechanic who was orphaned at the age of 4. As the cliche goes, he is an honest, courageous man who fights against the injustice and exploitation of weak by the powerful evil corrupt forces. Samantha plays the role of his love interest who at a one point in the movie is targeted by the goons.

Autonagar Surya is a story of a common man fighting against the local corrupt local forces. It portrays the impact of local politics on the society. The movie shows the ruthlessness and murky nature of the politics.

Director Katta has done a great job by weaving the plot around the dynamic character of Surya which has been played with distinction by young star Chaitanya. The action scenes which are vital for such movies are well choreographed. The pace of the movie is fast which works in favour of the movie.

Chaitanya has once again done a great job as he drives the movie forward with his dynamic and intense acting performance. His dialogue delivery is also a top notch, another great acting talent from the legendary and prodigious Akkineni family.

Sandhira movie review rating –3/5
