Preethi Geethi Ityaadi is directed by debutant Veerendra, who is also one of Yogaraj Bhat's proteges and produced by Vijaykumar Mangsule. The music is directed by Veer Samrath while lyrics of the five songs of the movie are penned by Yograj Bhat.

The story of Preethi Geethi Ityaadi Kannada Movie is basically a love story of a bar owner, Pavan Wodeyar who have no bad habits and traditional cum modern girl Sangeeta. Movie has shown the love, feelings, emotions and bonding between them and at last poses a question “Do all this always ends with sex.”

The answer of this question is revealed at last with series of drama action and masala in this commercial that keeps suspense element is the romantic entertainer.

Virendra worked hard with Yograj Bhat, but his inexperienced narration in some scenes has appeared that could have been otherwise more better. Lead cast has done full justice with their given roles and impressive acting of Pavan manages to hook the interest of the audience throughout the flick.

The script has new and unique stuff with good dialogues. The music is also good, but unable to create a huge buzz on the silver screen. The storyline is pretty clear, but some scenes in the mid appears a bit clumsy and they were also cloudy, just move away after a few minutes.
