Yo Yo Honey Singh Tweets he is Not Dead

Yesterday, a hoax report stating that Yo Yo Honey Singh has died, went viral on the social media sites. The Twitter also went into an overdrive as legions of Rapper's fans rushed to enquire whether there was any truth in the reports.

Such was the frenzy that Honey Singh himself had to Tweet to allay his fans' fears and concerns. The popular musician Tweeted, “News of YoYo's accident is a fake rumour must be spread by some haters. Please don't bother and Keep blessing YoYo.”

The report had images of Honey Singh bruised and severely injured, lying in an ambulance. However, it was later revealed that the image was taken from the video of his song Bring Me Back. When the rumour started circulating on the social networking sites, Yo Yo was believed to be in Dubai for the launch of a boxing league called the Global Fighting Championship.

However, this is not the first time that Bollywood celebrity has become victim of a death hoax. Earlier, Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, Lata Mangeshkar, Madhuri Dixit-Nene have been target of the fake demise rumours.
