Mundasupatti Tamil Movie, a socio comedy movie is directed by D Ramkumar. The movie is produced by Thirukumaran Entertainments owned by C.V. Kumar in association with Fox Star Studios.
The movie stars Vishnu Vishal who is well known for portraying a fisherman in Neerparavai and Nandita of Attakathi fame in the lead roles, while Kali Venkat and P. V. Shankar are cast in the supporting roles. The music of the movie is composed by Sean Roldan. Now, let's take a look at the story and the movie review of Mundasupatti.

Gopi (Vishnu Vishal) runs a photography studio called Hollywood Studio in Sathyamagalam, about 30 km from village Mundasupatti. In Mundasupatti Movie, there is a widespread superstition that by posing in front of camera reduces your life and the prolonged exposure could lead to death.

Gopi is celebrating the 25th anniversary of the studio which was set up by his father who had bought a camera from British traveller to set up the business. To mark the 25th anniversary, he goes to Mundasupati to take some photographs. So, how the villagers react to a camera is the hilarious plot of Mundasupatti.

Mundasupatti is a good movie which excels on its simplicity and smart comedy. The one-liners and the wit of the main characters entertain the audiences. The superstition of the villagers is very sensitively and smartly portrayed by the director. The simplicity and the innocence of the villagers brings a freshness to the movie.

The lead actor Vishal has done a commendable job in the role of a photographer who crusades to against the superstition of the village. The supporting cast has also done a good job. All in all, Mundasupatti Tamil Movie is a decent entertaining comedy fest.

Sandhira movie review rating – 3/5
