Yo Yo Honey Singh dead
The
popular rapper and music director Yo
Yo Honey Singh has become a latest victim of false reports and
rumours. Recently, a report stating that Honey Singh has died in a
car accident was widely circulated in the social media sites.
The report which deeply saddened the fans of the Punjabi musician, also had alleged pictures of him lying in a hospital bed with several bruises and marks clearly visible on his body. However, the report was later proved to be a hoax.
The images which were attached with the report were in fact taken from Honey Singh's song 'Bring Me Back' which dealt with the concept of death and reincarnation. Honey Singh at the time of the circulation of false rumour, was present in Dubai where he has launched a boxing league called Global Fighting Championship.
Honey Singh isn't first victim of such reports. Last year, a report nearly stopped heart beat of several fans of Madhuri Dixit Nene after it stated that she has died. The rumour was partly caused by a obituary of actress’s namesake who passed away in an unfortunate accident appeared in the newspapers. The actress took to Twitter to calm her fans down.
Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Parekh and Dilip Kumar are other celebrities who were declared dead in such hoax rumours.
