Ulavacharu Biryani Telugu Movie Review

Ulavacharu Biryani Telugu Movie Review

Ulavacharu Biryani, the directorial and production venture of Prakash Raj is the remake of Malayalam super hit film 'Salt N' Pepper'. This Telugu version features talented Prakash Raj and dubbing artist Sneha are roped in the lead roles, while S. P. Balasubrahmanyam, Urvashi, Tejus, Samyuktha Hornad, Tejus and Sihi Kahi Chandru played other pivotal roles.

The editing of melodrama movie is done by Kishore Te, while cinematography is handled by Preetha. The soundtrack is composed by Ilaiyaraja and the script is written by Shyam Pushkaran and Dileesh Nair for this entertainer. Let's have a look at the story and movie review.

The love story of Ulavacharu Biryani movie is weaved around the lives of four people Prakas Raj (Kalidasu), Sneha (Gowri), Tejus (Naveen) and Samyuktha Hornad (Meghana). Both bachelor Kalidasu, an archeologist and Gowri, a dubbing artist celebrates love and life with food as a backdrop.

Later, their obsession about food brings sorrow and laughter in their lives. While, the love story of Meghana and Naveen cook along with the pace of movie and finds less screen presence.

The lead cast seamlessly slip into the allotted roles and need a special mention for enacting the roles very nicely. Salt like simple script is good and director very well manages to induce the uniqueness in the remade version. Though, the starting is good, but in the middle, it is not clear where the story is heading.

Side story of Samyuktha Hornad and Tejus to introduce glam quotient is the impressive effort of Prakash. The music flows well with the movie and sync with the different instances of the movie. The melodrama of emotions, feelings, love, romance, pain get good number of applause from the audience.

Sandhira.com movie review rating 2.5/5
