1 (One) by Two, an action thriller movie directed by 'Ee Adutha Kaalathu' fame director Arun Kumar and it is his fourth directorial venture. The flick is produced by Amit Kapoor and original script written by Jeyamohan. The Malayalam movie stars Fahadh Faasil (Yousaf Marrakkar) and Honey Rose in the lead roles while other cast includes Shruthi Ramakrishnan, Murali Gopi, Ashwin Mathew, Abhinaya and Azhakar Perumal, characters are seen in supporting roles. Plot
The story of '1 (One) by Two' revolves around the life of Yousaf Marrakkar (Fahad Fazil) who is a C.I of Bangalore Police department and leads a very good family life with his wife Raziya (Abhinaya). One incident creates a big conflict in her personal and professional life. The major twist comes, when a tragedy occurs in a private hospital in Bangalore where CI Yousaf Marrakkar has been appointed as the chief investigation officer. Then, CI do the required investigation and revealed out the event and wrapped off the case. Meanwhile a lot of incident occur that affect the complete life of Yousaf.

Cast performance
In 1 By Two, the ace director Shyamaprasad proved his acting debut by playing the role of a psychiatrist Dr. Cheriyan. Tollywood flick, firstly finds Fahadh Fazil in the role of a cop, which is the highlight of the movie. The steamy sequence between Murali Gopy and Honey rose is very good and able to create suspense and thrill in the movie.

Positive points
Gopi Sundar scores music for the movie with lyrics penned by Hari Narayanan are very tuned and matched different instances of the movie. Movie gained good reviews as the script of the 1 by Two movie is well written. The plot of the Malayalam movie is as appealing as the drama and action in the movie. The performance of star cast is very much liked by the audience and complete cast has done full justice with the roles given to them. The movie has suspense, which is the charm of every thriller movie that is able to maintain the curiosity and entangle the audience. Flick's review states that it becomes sensational hit.

Negative points
The crux of the story is good, but sometime it appears clumsy and unable to understand where the story is heading, but other than this all the elements in the thriller movie is nicely incorporated that made it to rock the floor, as per the reviews.

Verdict
The pschyco thriller movie becomes sensational hit, and action, drama, songs and suspense in the movie is worth to watch.
