Ami
Shudhu Cheyechi Tomay, romantic comedy-drama genre, Bengali movie is
directed by 'Khiladi' fame director Ashok Pati and produced by Ashok
Dhanuka under the banner of Eskay Movies. It is a remake of
directorial venture of Sukumar's 'Arya 2' movie. The music for the
film was composed by Savvy.
The
Bengali movie stars Ankush Hazra and Subhasree Ganguly in the role of
lead pair, while Kharaj Mukherjee, Misha Bhai, Symon and Piya Bipasha
are the supporting characters. Let's take a look at the story and

The
triangular story of Ami
Sudhu Cheyechi Tomay moves around the life of three main
characters Ankush, Subhashree and Tapas. Ankush and Symon are two
childhood friends who met in the orphanage. But, later their ways are
parted away when Ankush is adopted by a rich man, but Symon became
drukard and remains a very good friend of Ankush.
Afterwards,
Symon joins the company of Ankush and convert himself to 'Mr.
Perfect'. The entry of Subhasree in the office brought a twist in
their friendship. Both of them fall in her love and run in the same
race of getting the love of Subhasree. Finally, whom did she got
married at the last is the core of the movie.
Ashok
Pati did good job and manages to present the action, drama, comedy,
love and roamnce on the screen nicely, but movie fails to gain huge
success. The first half is good, but in the second half, it is not
clear where the storyline is heading. Music goes well with the movie.
Performance of whole cast is average and unable to create the magic
that 'Arya 2' has created. Instead, the chemistry of duo Subhasree
Ganguly and Ankush Hazra is worth watching.
