Salman Khan in serious trouble, 4th witness identifies him

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan's legal troubles have increased as the fourth witness Vashumolo in the hit and run case has identified him in the court.

The witness who is a bartender said that he was there in the restaurant when Salman Khan arrived with his friends. He said, "I was there, when Salman Khan arrived at the bar with his friends, he asked for Bacardi and cocktails with prawns and chicken, but I did not see him consuming it."

Recently, three other witnesses had also identified Salman. They had even claimed in the court that they had received threat calls. They revealed that they were offered five lakhs to stay away from the case.

"The unidentified caller told the witness that 'paanch lakh le lo aur bhag jao' (take Rs five lakh and run away)," said a police officer.

"Preliminary inquiry suggested the unidentified caller could (be) a lawyer," police sources said while refusing to divulge details.

One person was killed while three were injured in the infamous hit and run case. After the accident, police had booked Salman on the charge of rash and negligent driving, besides other charges. Recently, an additional charge of culpable homicide not amounting to murder was also added to the case.
