Chandamama
Lo Amrutham is an extension of popular Telugu TV serial Amrutham
which ran for nearly six years and has been re-telecasted numerous
times due to it's never diminishing appeal. The movie is directed and
written by Ganga Raju Gunnam who had also directed the TV series.
Gunnam has also turned producer for the movie.
Srinivas Avasarala and Dhanya Balakrishna are playing the lead roles in the movie while Harish Koyalagundla, Sivannarayana, Vasu Inturi and Suchitra will be seen in the supporting roles. Chandamama Lo Amrutham movie revolves around the space trip of the eccentric characters who made Telugu TV serial Amrutham so popular. The entertaining troop starts a new adventure which takes them on space journey and even gives them a chance to visit moon. During this space journey, they face numerous obstacles which they overcome with their characteristic ingenuity.
Gunnam who other than Amrutham doesn't has any other prestigious project to his name, has once again proved his worth by recapturing the magic of TV serial which vowed Teugu audiences for a long time. The comedy in the movie though gets dull and illogical in some sequences, but it retains it's entertainment quotient throughout the duration of the movie. The star cast has also delivered a decent performance. All in all, Chandamama Lo Amrutham is a light hearted entertaining movie which will freshen up your mood.
