Manam Telugu Movie Review

Manam, the most awaited movie in the history of Tollywood has showcased the three generation stars acting together in the single movie. Fans of Akkineni family would get the rare opprtunity to watch trio ANR, Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya at a time.

Most probably, the movie is touted as farewell to Nageswara Rao, so it may be the last time you would watch ANR after travelling the long distinguished journey of his acting career. The comedy genre movie that promises a great fun with numerous hilarious scenes is directed by Vikram Kumar and produced by the Akkineni family themself.

The melodious music of the movie is composed by Anoop Rubens and the cinematography is handled by P.S. Vinod. Manam features the late Nageswara Rao, Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya along with Shriya Saran and Samantha in the lead roles while Amitabh Bachchan will be seen in a cameo appearance.

The script of humorous movie is penned by the director himself. After the Raj Kapoor family, Akkineni family has achieved such feat in Bollywood. Lets have a look at the movie review and story of Manam.

The story of Manam revolves around the life of Nageshwar (Nagarjuna) whose parents Radha Mohan (Naga Chaitanya) and Krishna Veni (Samantha) were divorced and then died in an accident, when he was a kid. Nageshwar grows up and becomes a successful rich businessman.

One day he get the biggest shock of his life, when he meet Nagarjuna (Naga Chaitanya) and Priya (Samanta) who very much resemble his parents. Afterwards, he decided and tries his best to develop love between the young couple and get them married.

In this process, he comes across Doctor Anjali (Shreya) and Chaitanya (ANR) and again get shocked. Why Nageshwar shocked and how he resolved the mystery behind these rebirths, is the core of Manam.

Watching the brilliant performance of three generation stars is a visual delight. Unique and nice script entertains the audience to the core and makes them sit right up. The music of the movie is good with no unnecessary melodrama.

Though, the plot is complex, but handled in a very intelligent way by the director. Flawless narration is simple and very well shuffled the time periods and storyline. Appealing story, outstanding performance and good narration left the incredible impression on viewers and keep their interest intact.

All in all, Manam is a good family drama movie and a tribute to legendary actor ANR.

Sandhira movie review rating– 3.5/5
