Bhakarkhadi 7 km revolves around the story of a young aspiring surgeon who wants to settle down in America. However, his dreams and aspirations are shattered when he performs a emergency surgery. Due to the politics, he is made the scapegoat in the whole fiasco and gets transferred to a small village.

While working in the village after initial reservations, he goes through a change which changes his outlook towards life. The movie focuses on the difference in the living standards between villages and big metro cities. The movie shows the difference in thinking and ideology that exists between the two Indias.

Namjoshi has done a decent job in portraying the transformation of a urban materialistic boy into a thinking man working in the health centre in a remote village. The acting department has also given a good performance, with lead actor Vishvarao impressing with intensity and depth of his performance. All in all, Bhakarkhadi 7 km is a good one time watch movie which will make you view life with a new perspective.
