The story of Kahin Hai Mera Pyar revolves around the life of a young man who paints the image of his dream girl. This dream girl exists only in his dreams and without seeing her even once, he continued to paint so many pictures of her. Later, a businessman came and promoted him to sell his paintings in an exhibition. Afterwards, his imagination comes out in reality and he met his dream girl. He comes across her and after some twists able to get his love, forms the story of the film.

According to the movie review, the essence of musical romantic drama film highlights that love is the base of every ones life. Sometimes that love comes before the person, while sometimes remain hidden, is liked by the audience very much. Crux of the story is engageable and well written script is applauded by the audience. The performance of new faces is also good and has done full justice with the role given to them.

Music rich film that has 10 or more tracks, but quality-wise, they are average and not at all loved. Also, the film was rarely known and unable to create any sort of buzz at the box-office because of the lack of promotion. Movie has action, drama, romance and suspense, but lack of narration overshadowed all the efforts. Due to all this, two hour nineteen minutes long movie hit only 189 theatres and unfortunately efforts of complete cast goes in vain, as per the reviews gained.
