Kochadaiyaan
is a 3D computer animated historical period film directed by
Soundarya R. Ashwin and written by K. S. Ravikumar. The movie due to
the revolutionary use of technology and numerous delays in it's
release as become one of the most awaited movies. And, idea of
watching legendary Rajnikanth in a historical action movie has left
many cinema affectionados salivating.
Besides Rajnikanth, the movie has animated avtars of R. Sarathkumar, Aadhi, Deepika Padukone, Shobana, Rukmini Vijayakumar, Jackie Shroff, and Nassar in important role. The music of Kochadaiyaan is composed by A R Rehman. Now, let's take a look at the story and the movie review.
Kochadaiyaan movie revolves around the fictional account of pandiyan king Kochadaiiyaan Ranadhiran's life and his conquests. The movie portrays his fair administration and his campaign against the evils. Kochadaiyaan shows the benevolent king's sense of justice and his fight to maintain his reign in face of treachery and devious plots.
First of all, kudos to the makers of the movie on laying adequate emphasis on the script and character development. The characters are well developed and the characters have depth. The special effects and the animation technology used in the movie are good in comparison to those used in the Indian movie industry.
To top it all, Rajnikanth is at his very best in the movie. His amazing action sequences along with his emphatic dialogues delivered with his characteristic swagger, are a treat to watch. The other actors have also delivered a good performances. All in all, Kochadaiyaan review is the another blockbuster in offing.
