Geetika Tyagi has accused Subhash Kapoor, director of Jolly LLB of
molestation. She has tweeted the link to a video which reads "Subhash
Kapoor' True face"
The video is a camera footage of a meeting between Geetika and the director where his wife is also present. The video clearly shows some sort of sexual encounter happening but whether it is by mutual consent or not is what the controversy is all about. Geetika has claimed that the director had forced himself upon her. She has written the following description to the video which she has uploaded on YouTube:
"My intentions for uploading this video are:
a) to caution those girls who will come in contact with this man, Subhash Kapoor, socially or professionally and will make the mistake of looking up to him as father-figure or as an elder brother and trust him and
b) for all girls who, if god forbid become victims of sexual assault, not to give in to pleading of their attacker's wife, sister, mother, daughter or any woman who claims to be suffering and asks for your forgiveness for attacker. ...
