Shivajinagara

The movie is set against the backdrop of Shivajinagara, an area in Bangalore. The movie revolves around the problems faced by a common man. Duniya Vijay is the protagonist of the movie who argues with Fayaz for the people of Shivajinagara. What created the rift between the two and will Vijay's character kill Fayaz is the plot of the movie.
Shivajinagara is an action packed thriller which is a treat for Duniya Vijay's fans if not anything else. The movie has breathtaking action sequences and the director has done a superb job in presenting them. Duniya Vijay plays every bit of a hero that he is known to be and amazes with his performance. The actress sadly does not have much to do in the movie but still manages to pull off the role of a Kannada Brahmin girl.
The item song in the movie seems unnecessary and has been used just to add the glamor quotient. And although, it is an action thriller, the action seems to go overboard and takes away the plot of the movie.
While screenplay is the weak link of the movie, its music and Vijay's action almost saves it. Overall, it is a movie that Duniya Vijay fans must not miss and other action movie lovers too can watch it once.
