Happy Journey Malayalam movie review



Happy Journey is an inspirational tale of a young man who belongs to Kochi. The movie is directed by Boban Samuel. Scripted by Arunlal, the movie stars Jayasurya and Aparna Gopinath in lead roles. The movie is based on the real life story of a Malayali youth who is visually challenged and is a part of the Indian blind cricket team.

Happy Journey is a story of a man from Fort Kochi who lost his eyesight in childhood during an accident. He is an ardent cricket lover and his only aim in life is to be a part of the Indian blind cricket team for which he gets immense support from his coach. The story also features a girl who brings light and colors in his life.

Happy Journey is a touching story of a visually challenged cricketer who plays for the Indian blind cricket team. A part of the story is narrated in flashback and shows a young child who lost eyesight during his school days in an accident. The character of the younger version of the lead actor Jayasurya is played by director Boban Samuel's son in real life.

Jayasurya is amazing in his role and even the female lead impresses with her performance. There are many surprising moments in the movie that you will cherish. It goes down in history as of those movies that has an impact on you after you watch it and inspires you through a real life story.
