1 by Two, a psychological thriller film directed by 'Cocktail', 'Ee Adutha Kaalathu' and 'Left Right Left' fame director Arun Kumar, produced by Amit Kapoor and written by Jeyamohan. The Malayalam movie stars Fahadh Faasil and Honey Rose in the lead roles.

The story of the movie revolves around the personal and professional life of Yousaf Marrakkar(Fahad Fazil) who is a C.I of Bangalore Police department and leads a very good family life with his wife Raziya (Abhinaya).
A major twist comes in the story when a tragedy occurs in a private hospital in Bangalore where CI Yousaf Marrakkar have been appointed as the chief investigation officer. Then, Yousaf Marakkar revelead out the event and wrapped off the case, and the story moves on.
In One By Two, the ace director Shyamaprasad proved his debut by playing the role of a psychiatrist Dr. Cheriyan and for the first time Fahadh Fazil does the role of a cop, is the highlight of the movie.
Movie gained above than average reviews. The script of the 1 by Two is well written, but there is something lacking due to which the movie is unable to rock the box-office.
