Panivizhum
Nilavu is romantic drama movie directed by Koushik for whom this will
be first mainstream movie project. The movie has newcomers Hriday and
Idhaya in the lead roles. However, this won't be a debut for Hriday
who has earlier worked as a child artist in Mani Ratnam's critically
acclaimed movie “Bombay”. He played the role of Arvind Swamy and

Panivizhum Nilavu is love story centred around the budding love affair of main characters. The movie doesn't has anything new and goes through the same stages which other countless romantic movies have gone through. The main characters fall in love with each other, but due to difference in ideology and personalties they enter into conflict which could end their love affair. So, how they overcome the obstacles to live together is the story of the movie.
Panivizhum Nilavu is a mediocre movie in which everyone has done a solid yet unspectacular job. The director as said before has failed to add anything special to the movie, it meanders slowly and dully towards its end. The lead pair also fails to grab the audience's attention or interest. The music by L.V. Ganesan is also drab.
