the seventh edition of popular and controversial reality show Bigg
Boss ended in last December, there has been constant specualtion who
will host the next edition of the show.
Salman Khan who joined Bigg Boss for its fourth edition, has hosted the show for the last four seasons. Salman who is also regarded a important factor behind the show's high TRP ratings, however, according to the reports won't be around for next season.
During last season, Salman had given hints that he wouldn't host the show again after he was dragged into controversies and was accused of partiality by many viewers. According to sources close the superstar, he was particularly irked when Kushal Tandon was recalled by the show producers.
So, the media was buzzing with speculation on possible replacement, and it was Ranbir Kapoor who was rumored to Salman. The reports even claim that he was approached by the show producers over the possible deal.
But, the Kapoor scion has turned down the offer owing to the negative publicity that comes with the show and due to the fact that Ranbir felt he would be unable to do justice to the role. The sources also state that Ranbir felt he wasn't ready for the job, yet.
