The story of W movie moves around the life of three girls, Sandy (Leeza Mangaldas), Ruhi (Leslie Tripathy), and Manu (Sonal Giani) that run W, which is an event management company that focuses on music events. Once, they are travelling to an event, The Freedom Concert that was supposed to be a big break in their career.
Meanwhile, during their journey, they come across a group of men who don't like modern and self-sufficient women. Due to their hatred against women, they end up raping all three of them. The police are particularly unhelpful, as the three men are of good social standing and in powerful position in the society. Afterwards, the women are shocked by how they are treated and this prompts them to form the Vengeance Squad to take their own revenge.
